Obsidian Villa is envisioned as a bold residential statement, defined by sharp geometries, dark tones, and a refined contemporary identity that balances strength with elegance.
Spatial Experience
The villa is organized to ensure smooth circulation between private and shared spaces, creating a functional yet engaging layout. Large openings and double-height areas allow natural light to shape the interiors, enhancing contrast with the darker materials. Living spaces are visually connected to outdoor terraces and landscape elements, while private zones are positioned to maintain comfort and seclusion.
Materiality & Atmosphere
A palette of dark stone, textured concrete, and metal accents shapes the villa’s character, creating a sophisticated atmosphere complemented by soft lighting and clean detailing.
