Terra Line is conceived as a large-scale residential development that reflects stability, rhythm, and urban harmony. The design draws inspiration from horizontal layering, creating a strong architectural identity that integrates seamlessly with its surroundings while maintaining a modern and timeless character.
Spatial Experience
The project is organized to provide efficient circulation and a balanced living environment across multiple residential units. Clear zoning separates public access, shared amenities, and private apartments, ensuring comfort and functionality. Repetitive yet refined layouts create consistency, while openings and balconies enhance natural light, ventilation, and visual connection to the surrounding urban context.
Materiality & Atmosphere
A combination of natural tones, textured surfaces, and durable materials defines the building’s presence. The façade emphasizes horizontal lines and depth, while subtle detailing and lighting create a welcoming and contemporary residential atmosphere.
